The 1600kms of Mediterranean coast offer an inexhaustible reservoir to lovers of sardines, red shrimp, red mullet, lobster and other crustaceans. Meats are also showcased through "old-fashioned" butchers who take care to select the best pieces of their cattle, sheep and poultry farms for us. Finally, the town of Cherchell home to a farmer who will supply us with organic fruits and vegetables from his fertile land and according to the seasons.
