On the face of it, this is a pretty standard high end hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. All of the open areas are the same. The gym and the pool are really nice and also spotless. The food, especially in the oriental kitchen, is excellent. However, what really sets this hotel apart from other excellent hotels are the staff. From check in, to check out, and all the way in between, every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly (and genuinely so), professional, humorous and efficient. On my last morning, the entire breakfast team gathered around me to say goodbye and bon voyage. They also gave me this pastry. A very nice touch. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough
The best hotel I have stayed in to date in Addis. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. 2 restaurants on site plus a cocktail/ coffee bar. Would definitely recommend.
