Inspired by the historical Great Silk road the concept of the bar@191 is seen in the bar interior design with beautiful wall art painted by a team of artists as well as in flavours and tastes. In addition to the classic international extensive beverage menu, the bar offers Conceptual Silk Road inspired brief road trip in drinks and snacks of each of the 8 countries in the Route. Each of the 8 cocktails features ingredients grown in the relevant country and reflects tastes of the cultures.
