  • Step 1

    There Will Be Three Stage Of Cooking Grilled , Pan Seared And Slowly Braised:

  • Step 2

    Take A Lamb Chop, Lamb Loin And Lamb Shank Marinated With Salt Pepper ,garlic, Rose Merry Put A Side.

  • Step 3

    Take A Cooking Pot Add Oil And Sautee Onion ,garlic, Carrot Then Add Lamb Shank , Chicken Stock , Salt & Pepper Then Cook Slowly In Medium Heat Until The Meat Become Tender.

  • Step 4

    Take Another Cooking Pan Heat The Oil Then Pan Seared The Lamb Loin Both Side Until Golden Brown Then Put Into The Oven Until Medium Well.

  • Step 5

    Heat The Grilled Then Grilled The Lamb Chop Until Medium Well.

  • Step 6

    In Food Processor Put Japanese Bread Crumbs And Chopped Parsley Make A Green Crumbs, Keep A Side.

  • Step 7

    When The Lamb Loin Cooked Take Aside Apply The Dijon Mustard On Top Then Add Parsley Crumbs In Top Of Lamb Loin.

    When Lamb Shank Is Cooked Remove From Pot Keep In Food Tray, In Frying Pan Add Oil Cut Cherry Tomato In Two Green Beans In Half The Sautee The Together Add Salt & Pepper Keep In Food Tray.

  • Step 9

    For Mashed Potatoes: Take A Pot Put On Medium Heat Add Butter Cream Boiled Potato Salt Then Make Smooth Mashed.

  • Step 10

    For Lamb Jus :take A Remaining Stock Of Cooked Lamb Shank And Reduced Until Become Thick Add Red Wine ,butter For Shining.

  • Step 11

    For Chicken Stock: Take A Big Pot Add Chicken Bone And Carrot , Garlic , Onion, Water Then Let It Simmering For 30 Min , Then Stain The Liquid

  • Step 12

    Arrange Into Plate: Take A Mashed Potato Arrange Into The Centre Of Plate ,take Green Beans Arrange On Top Of Mashed Potato Then Arrange Lamb Chop In Center.

  • Step 13

    Lamb Loin In One Side Lamb Shank In Other Side Add Some Lamb Jus Garnish With Cherry Tomato And Thyme And Serve Hot.
