We celebrated our wedding anniversary and started the day with breakfast at Opus. We loved everything about this place. We came to the hotel by metro (mshereib station) which is literally just across the road from the hotel and deserves all locations of Doha directly. All staff greeted us so warmly with big smiles on their faces, from the doorman, to the very helpful reception team, all the way to the personnel who sat and served us at Opus. One particular feature of the restaurant we particularly enjoyed is, that Chef Fabio conducts the cooks preparing omelettes, pancakes and other delicious dishes, right in front of the food area. So you can enjoy the process as you help yourself from the buffet. That was a unique touch. It was perfect for breakfast, with energy smoothies, freshly cut and uncut fresh fruits and other breakfast aplenty for all palates. The viennoiseries are out of this world! 🥐 I love my croissants as a Frenchman and Opus’ were dangerously yummy! 😅😋 On the way out, we found Chef Fabio’s team was preparing so tempting pancakes with fresh fruits… definitely a must have next time we visit Opus. Park Hyatt is located in the heart of beautiful Msheireb. After our breakfast, we took a long stroll in the neighborhood to burn out some calories 😅, in a weather perfect for a walk. Thank you Opus for making our special day start so perfectly! 💙💛 We will definitely be back!
Had a very pleasant experience dining at Opus Restaurant, Park Hayyat, Musherib, Doha. The restaurant has a very nice & cozy ambience. The Pasta, Calamari, Kiymali Pide was too good and the Lamb Majboos was out of this world. The lamb was so soft like butter it just melted in my mouth. Great service and great food. Thank you to every dining staff, especially to Saw & Jahaidy.
