I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a nice view of the Clock Tower. Hotel diner was excellent, with a huge variety of food options cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly and approachable. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely consider booking again in the future. I’d like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Hyatt Regency for making my stay special. Thank you once again.
Wonderful check in experience and hotel right in front of the magnificent haram. Service is top notch, the breakfast is spectacular and the waiters are just the kindest souls. Special shout-out to Parvez, who put a smile on my face with his exceptional service as soon as I got seated for breakfast. One of the best hotelier experience I’ve had so far. Look forward to staying here many times.
