Garlic Chop • 45 gr

Potato Cubs • 500 gr
Vegetable Stock • 2 lit
Butter • 1
Salt • to taste
Pepper • to taste
Maple Syrup • 1 ½ tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Heat Oil In Deep Pan. Put Onion, Garlic, Ginger Sauteed Till Light Golden Color. Add Carrot Sauteed 5 Minutes Then Add Pumpkin And Potatoes Keep Sauteing Add Maple Syrup. Add 1 Lit Stock. Cook Till All Ingredients Very Soft. Need To Blend Till Smooth
