good hotel, good location. this time very quiet, near by Tamsin Square where you will find the life of Istanbul.
Myself and my mother stayed at the Grand Hyatt Istanbul for 12 nights, and i cant think of one negative thing to say. From the moment we arrived all staff were extremely welcoming and tentative. Reception are very helpful and would ensure that they help with anything possible even if it is not hotel related. The rooms are fantastic, beds comfortable, bathrooms spacious and views gorgeous. The food was exceptional with a wide range of cuisine including classic Turkish meals to Italian. The room service was also extremely exceptional as well as the buffet breakfast that included every breakfast one can think of. The maintenance and up keeping of the hotel means it is constantly presentable especially around the pool and the outside lounging area. The cleaners are also very lovely and will clean your room whenever you need. Overall a phenomenal hotel that i would love to come back to.
Super clean; very attentive, polite and helpful (but not over the top) staff, great views onto Bosporus from the seven floor. Will definitely stay again.
It's located in the one of old centre part. Good enough but as for me lounge zone is not enough cozy. Good hotel in general
We stayed here for a bit of a staycation and because of the deals on offer for World of Hyatt members. The staff were great, we got upgraded to a nicer room, and despite the pandemic restrictions just put in place across Turkey the bar and restaurant were still mostly operational. The hotel is a bit older but the rooms and the lobby were still very nice. We didn't use the spa or gym but but both seemed very nice. All around a nice stay and would recommend.
