first and foremost, this hotel is one of the best and raised my standards as an local to a much higher degree. this hotel has amazing views in all of the rooms as i was here 4+ times. the staff are very welcoming and friendly and they assist you properly and provide the best experience. the vibes itself is exciting and everyone seems very happy. the coffee in the lobby is very good and if you’re sitting in the lobby/lounge, you might here the staffs laughing and talking which in very good and it’s nice to hear people conversing and having fun. genuinely this hotel is beautiful and the decor even the smell is absolutely amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andaz hotel in room 1313 and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism by the entire staff, from the food service team to the cleaners and waiters. The hotel boasts breathtaking views and stunning pools. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The culinary delights offered at the hotel were beyond delicious, and the staff's attention to detail was remarkable. They even took the extra step of ordering pancakes for my children every morning, which they absolutely loved. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the room, which was meticulously maintained to a high standard throughout my stay. The food service was equally impressive, with each meal served promptly and with a smile. I must extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at the dinner reception, who consistently exceeded my expectations. A special mention goes to Meenakshi from the food service staff, who went out of her way to make my daughter feel welcomed and cherished. Her genuine kindness did not go unnoticed, and my daughter adored her. Although my stay at the Andaz Hotel was fantastic overall, I did encounter a slight disappointment upon arrival. The room booked through my holiday provider unfortunately did not accommodate the four guests in my party as expected. Despite the hotel's best efforts to rectify the situation and accommodate us, they rightfully noted that it was the responsibility of the booking provider to ensure the correct room was reserved. It's important to clarify that this oversight was not the fault of the hotel.
