  • Step 1

    1. Place All Lamb Marinate Ingredient In The Blender And Blend Them Until Smooth. Clean The Lamb And Place In A Container Then Add The Marinade To It.

    2. Keep It In The Chiller And Allow To Marinate For At Least 8 Hours.

  • Step 3

    3. Place In A New Container, Add 2 Liters Of Water In The Container (please Boil The Water And Add Salt) And Cover With Aluminum Foil, Place The Container In The Oven And Cook For 4 Hours At 200 Degrees.

    4. Put The Rice In The Bowl And Soak For 30 Minutes In The Hot Water.

    5. In A Hot Cooking Pot Place The Ghee, Cinnamon Stick, Whole Cardamom, Chopped Onion, Chopped Garlic, Minced Lamb, And Stir The Ingredients Well.

    6. Add Tomato Paste, White Pepper, Seven Spices, Salt And Mix For 3 Minutes Until The Ingredients Are Combined Well

    7. Strain The Rice And Mix With The Ingredients For 4 Minutes, And Add Hot Water And Cover.

    8. Put The Pot On Slow Fire For 20 Minutes Until The Rice Is Cooked.

  • Step 9

    9. After Cooking, Serve In Big Plate. Add The Braised Whole Lamb On Top Of The Rice And Garnish With Fried Mix Nuts, Veggies, Pomegranate Seeds And Slice Lemon.
