Excellent modern French influenced food in a beautiful chic bistro setting. During Covid their famous Traiteur brunch has become a robust set menu, instead of the traditional free for all that made their brunch so well regarded. The starters comprise of a plate of caviar with trimmings, then poached and raw seafood, presented beautifully, on ice, followed by pan-seared foie gras with berries and a poached lobster carpaccio. Main course was a duo of grilled seafood platter and mixed meat platter. The latter comprised of confit duck, roast chicken, lamb chops and beef ribeye. Accompaniments were appropriate and tasty. Dessert was strawberry melba with meringue and stiff cream - superb - and a rich chocolate fondant. Homemade chocolates slabs were also presented. Service is attentive, casual and friendly. The whole experience was great and I look forward to the restaurant reclaiming the Traiteur name and resuming their famous freestyle brunch.
Very nice Friday brunch with very friendly staff, excellent food, top cleanliness and a great lady singer. Also beautiful ambiente and location. The price is in the upper range, but certainly worth. Thank you for your kind attendance, we will come back. Dr. Christian

We had breakfast at Brasserie du Park while we were on our staycation at Park Hyatt. The spread was sumptuous, we loved the wide range of dishes. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was impeccable.
The food is above average but not amazing. The location is nice and I recommend to sit outside. The soup and the steak were nice. The wine selection was also solid. I liked the service overall.
