Cucumber • 1piece
Ice Cubes • 1 cup
Mint Leaves (stems Removed) • 2 sprigs
Lime • 1 piece
Club Soda • 1 bottle

Method

Step 1

Using A Mandolin, Shave Cucumber Into Long Thin Strips.
Step 2

Cut The Lime Into Half. Cut One Of The Halves Into Thin Slices.
Step 3

Curl One Or Two Strips Of Cucumber In A Glass. Pack With Ice Cubes And A Few Mint Leaves. Top With A Slice Of Lime.
Step 4

Squeeze A Few Drops Of Lime Juice Into The Glass. Then Fill With Club Soda, Seltzer, Or Water And Enjoy.
