I have been to the Park Hyatt restaurants many times and the Thai Kitchen restaurant as well. Welcoming: The experience of course starts with the arrival in the Main Lobby of the Park Hyatt and the great walk to the Thai Kitchen. Once arrived, you are immediately greeted by a really lovely, professional and courteous team. Interior/Design: I have visited several Thai restaurants in Dubai in the past, which also have an authentic interior and make you feel like you are in Thailand for 2-3 hours. Thai Kitchen, however, is special, not only because of the choice of materials, but also because of the different cooking stations and the local staff. Above all, a lot of food is openly displayed, which also adds to the atmosphere. Staff: I would like to highlight this as I have rarely experienced this kind of service. Having been there a few times, they already know my preferences (Tom Kha Gai... ;-)). They regularly ask about your well-being and this is really out of interest and not just because they "have to". I would like to thank the entire (!) team (they know it too), I would like to highlight above all: - Sofia (Restaurant Manager) - Sarunya (!!!!) - Kamonlak (!!!!) - Jackielu - Carl - Sajith (Malinda) Food/Drinks: Extremely authentic. For example, my benchmark is "Tom Kha Gai", as this shows how authentically the food is prepared. Compared to all my experiences, this one is just fantastic. All other dishes are also tasty, large portions and rice can be requested at any time. Thai Kitchen is worth a visit anytime as they also have a great outdoor terrace!
I had the most incredible dining experience at Thai Kitchen by Dubai Creek! The Pad Thai I ordered was an absolute delight - bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked noodles. What made the experience even more memorable were the servers - Melinda, Danajaya, and Moon. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure our evening was exceptional. I can't wait to return for another delicious meal!
