    Boil Pre-soaked Rice Noodles Into Boiling Water For 1 Minute. Make Sure That Your Pre-boiled Beef Stock Is Also Keeping Hot On The Side.

    Once The Noodles Have Cooked Through, Put It Into Your Serving Bowl.

  • Step 3

    In The Same Serving Bowl Add The Following Ingredients: Blanched Beansprout, Fish Sauce, Paper-thin Sliced Blanched Beef Tenderloin, And Boiled Beef Chuck.

  • Step 4

    Pour The Boiling Beef Stock Into Your Serving Bowl And Top It Off With Sliced Red Onion And Sliced Spring Onion, With A Pinch Of Black Pepper- Depending On Your Taste.
