I recently had an unplanned stay at this hotel due to a delayed flight from Heathrow. I arrived in a wheelchair with crutches due to a broken ankle and discovered that the hotel doesn’t offer accessibility services. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. Their kindness and warmth made a difficult situation much easier to bear. I would gladly stay here again just for the chance to say hello to the incredibly helpful front desk team who left such a positive impression during a stressful time.

The location was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm, as requested, and was really nice to sleep on. The restaurant had fairly good food. I would rate the restaurant a 3.75, due to the cost and taste.

On our arrival in London, we were able to have a meeting with a European supplier at the hotel, saving our supplier's people having to travel into/out of central London and stay overnight. The Hyatt sales team (Jessica Lake) engaged us immediately when we inquired online, replying with a superb proposal that was also incredibly reasonable in price. From our arrival, the hotel's local management sat with us until everything was set for our guests' arrival. A lunch during the meeting was delicious. It was the perfect way to get business done on our arrival to London at an extremely reasonable price. We tip our caps to Hyatt Place and the great people involved.
