Very nice hotel. Service is very good. Location is also nice. Near abdaly mall and few minuts to down town

Great rooms with truly amazing service. All the staff has been incredibly helpful and accommodating, which has made this far journey so much smoother and easier than one could hope. In fact, We started the trip off on a rough foot, and the fantastic customer service here has really helped save the trip. Thank you, Grand Hyatt Amman. It has been a pleasure to stay here!
