1. Cut And Wash Lamb Chops, Then Add It To A Mixture Of Ginger Garlic Paste, Some Of The Red Chilli Powder, Vinegar, Salt And Mustard Oil. Mix Well And Keep It Aside For 30 Minutes. In Another Tray, Put The Hung Curd, Powders, Salt And Mix Well
2. Rub The Second Mixture Onto The Lamb Chops And Keep It Aside For Two Hours. Put The Lamb Chops Onto A Skewer And Roast It In A Tandoor Oven For 10 Minutest Till Golden Brown. For The Cake, Soak The Noodles In Hot Water For 10 Minutes And Strain It
3. Mix The Noodles With Green Chilli, Salt, Cardamom Powder And Shallow Fry It. In A Plate, Keep The Noodles Pan Cake And Place The Lamb Chop On Top Of It. Garnish It With Quinoa Quenelle, Edible Flowers And Micro Greens.
