    Peel The Eggplant And Cut Them Into Small Slices. Add Salt To The Eggplant And Have It Sit For 1 Hr. After 1 Hour Fry Eggplant Until Golden And Chop Eggplant And Put It In The Fridge To Get Cold.

    Slice Red Onion And Then Caramelize Onion With Corn Oil Until Brown In Colour And Then Add Turmeric And Dry Mint
