Location: Very close to Taksim square and a 15-20 minute walk to the Bosporus boardwalk or Dolmabahçe palace. Hotel seems safe with good security measures. Hospitality: Friendly staff and great service. Food: Has a pool side and indoor restaurant with great food. Definitely get their breakfast package (15 euros per person) - has a variety of food and plenty of options on the buffet. I really liked their traditional chicken skewer (ended up ordering it again on an another day). Rooms: Spacious and clean. Room service is available. Has a spa, but seemed to be on the expensive side.
Everything was good. I just wish they included breakfast for Hyatt Members. I also couldn't "cast" Netflix from my phone. But overall I loved the hotel the service and location.
