What a great Hotel. Well and truly their service and customer service deserve each star out of their 5Star hotel. Amazing staff, they take everything into consideration to make your stay most comfortable. Lovely people and friendly team. Most definitely will stay here again.
Just back from our trip to Dubai where we stayed at Hyatt Regency. For those of you who may not be aware, this is one of the oldest and first 5 star hotel in Dubai. Given that this is so old, it is still surprisingly very well maintained, clean and neat. The staff are very humble and cooperative. Breakfast was good with a decent spread, rooms are also clean with good views if you choose to stay on the higher floors. There’s also a revolving restaurant on the roof that we didn’t get time to explore. I requested for a late checkout given my flight was late at night and the staff were accommodative enough & granted me a free extension! Only downside is we get just 2 small water bottles per day. In winter this wouldn’t be a huge problem but during summer it certainly isn’t enough - should be providing at least 2 litres of water complimentary daily. Additionally, unlike some of the other hotels, they do not have a stroller/pram facility for the kids that we could borrow or rent. Suggest that they provide this service as well. Other than this had a great stay overall & would recommend you to check this out for your next visit to Dubai.
