Organic Cherrywood Lapsang
Our reinvention of Lapsang Souchong is an Organic Chinese black tea smoked over cherrywood in the UK. Inspired by traditional lapsang from the Wuyi Mountains, we have combined the natural smoky notes and richness of Yunnan black tea with sweetly aromatic smoke from cherrywood to create an exquisitely smooth lapsang experience.

Jasmine Silver Needle
The youngest, sweetest tea buds are carefully plucked and withered slowly in the sun to create a pure, silver needle white tea. Before being traditionally scented with fresh, whole jasmine flowers over five consecutive nights.
Green
Organic Dragon Well
A definitive expression of Dragon Well, China's most famous green tea. This supreme grade is comprised of the freshest tea buds, grown in the mountain terroir of Hangzhou and picked in the early spring, before the Qingming festival. A masterful pan-frying gives the leaf its iconic 'spear' shape and clear taste, creating an amazingly thick and smooth infusion, that sings with warming chestnut notes.
Organic Sencha
Picked from the remote mountains of Western Shizuoka, this Organic Sencha is different to Chinese green teas. Steaming the fresh tea leaves, rather than frying them, enriches them with a deeper, umami taste. For a fresher, grassy flavour with a satisfyingly thick texture.

Spring-picked green tea leaves, hand-tied with beautifully fragrant, local flowers by skilled artisans at Mr Lin�s small workshop in a village next to the tea gardens. These bulbs unfurl into an enchanting display of vibrantly-coloured flower blossoms and delicate tea leaves.

Beigang Maojian
A little known tea from the Tang dynasty, now revived by master Wang with authentic yellowing to reveal a syrupy infusion with enticing lemon sherbet tang
Oolong
Ali Shan
Grown in a family-run, mountain-top garden, high above the clouds in one of Taiwan's most treasured national parks. Ali Shan boasts a creamy character that gives way to fresh notes of spring flowers and tropical fruit. Tea masters carefully roll the tea, which will unfurl again in hot water to reveal beautifully large, hand-picked leaves.
Wuyi Oolong
Nurtured in the mineral rich soils of the ancient Wuyi Mountains in China's Fujian province, this oolong tea is abundant in character. The tea is finished by being roasted, to elicit a deeper flavour of cacao, stone fruit and the characteristic minerally finish from this rocky, mountain terroir.
Phoenix Honey Orchid
This prized oolong tea is selected from its authentic origin in the mountain ranges of Phoenix, Guangdong. Taking it's name from the Honey Orchid cultivar, the leaves are masterfully rolled and roasted to create uniquley complex, fruity and honeyed notes with a distinct orchid aroma.

Whole Rose Buds
Flourishing in the hot days and cold nights of the ancient gardens of Persia, our rose tea is grown in Tinghir, Morocco. The delicate buds are picked in the morning, out of the direct sunlight and during a low breeze. This locks in their beautiful fragrance before they are slow-dried to retain their refreshing and soft flavour, with leafy vegetal notes and intense, sweet fragrance.
Whole Chamomile Flowers
Composed only of the brightest, whole flowers for a clean and fresh, caffeine-free infusion with clear chamomile taste. Dried slowly to retain essential oils, flavour and aroma.
Whole Peppermint Leaf
High-quality, loose leaf peppermint tea leaves are picked whole and slowly dried to retain the all-important essential oils, colour and flavour. This naturally caffeine-free infusion is intensely refreshing, with strong menthol aromas and an invigorating, cooling finish.
