STARTING FROM THE 5TH OF FEBRUARY. Chef Sakamoto, hailing from the ramen heartland of Kyushu, began his culinary journey with this iconic dish. As one of the first recipes he mastered, these ramen creations carry the spirit of generations, crafted with love and the taste of home. Our signature Tonkotsu Takana Ramen is a tribute to this heritage, blending the rich, velvety tonkotsu broth with the bold, zesty flavor of Kyushu’s beloved takana. Each bowl is a heartfelt embrace of tradition and flavor. A discretionary 13.5% service will be added to your bill. VAT is inclusive at the current rate.

Our Ramen
豚骨高菜ラーメン (Tonkotsu Takana Ramen)
The origin. Creamy pork tonkotsu broth with takana, chashu pork belly, ramen noodles, ajitama, narutomaki, nori, negi, and roasted sesame.
鶏胸味噌ラーメン (Tori Miso Ramen)
The classic. Savory miso broth with juicy chicken breast, ramen noodles, menma (bamboo shoots), white sesame, negi, wakame, and nori.
海鮮塩ラーメン (Kaisen Shio Ramen)
The sea. Light and delicate salty shio broth with succulent prawn, squid, scallop, ramen noodles, narutomaki, white sesame, negi, wakame, and nori.
豆腐醤油ラーメン (Tofu Shoyu Ramen)
The garden. Traditional shoyu broth with tofu, edamame, broccoli, ramen noodles, wakame, white sesame, negi, and nori.
