The Hotel Building is awesome, the reception staff is also very interactive and provides quick resolution. The rooms are not that spacious as compared to the other five star properties in the city, also they didn't have hair dryers, the rooms are quite normal nothing as special, the only good thing was that it was on the 12th floor. They have a swimming pool on the 1st floor which is quite an attraction, also their restaurant is quite good.
My stay at Hyatt regency lucknow was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and I was delighted to find that my room exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the plush bathrobes and luxurious toiletries provided.
