A really lovely hotel in the heart of Cape Town and Bo-Kaap. Really lovely modern rooms and bathrooms. The hotel has a lovely pool to relax and enjoy after a day of touring and sightseeing. The operational manager is excellent and sees to your every need.
During my recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Cape Town, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that guest satisfaction was their top priority. The staff was always readily available to assist with any inquiries or requests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my time at the Hyatt Regency was undoubtedly the delectable pizza served at the poolside. Not only was the atmosphere relaxing and inviting, but the pizza itself was truly outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the Tikka Masala pizza, which offered a delightful fusion of flavors that left me craving more. It's a must-try for anyone visiting the hotel.
